Desi Performs in “Alcoholics Unanimous”

Cast in Los Angeles

Within the first few weeks of landing on beautiful west coast turf, Desi has booked her very first L.A. gig:  An all-original musical, “The Milford Project,” which will run in June as part of the Hollywood Fringe.  Stay tuned for more details to come!

September NCT Shows

Catch Desi’s debut performance with The National Comedy Theatre this Saturday, September 17th!  There will be one show at 7:30 pm, followed by another at 9:45 pm.  Tickets are $15 for adults, $12 for students/seniors/military.

Desi joins cast of National Comedy Theatre

The National Comedy Theatre has inducted some newbies into their improv team, and Desi is thrilled to be one of them!  After the rigorous “bootcamp” improv training that will take place over the next few weeks, she’ll begin practicing with the rest of the team and performing on a regular basis.

“Glee” Audition Process Update

As it turns out, the audition process for “Glee” has been postponed and the nationwide casting call hosted by MySpace was not quite what it claimed to be.  FOX had originally planned to produce a reality show called something along the lines of “Who Wants To Be On ‘Glee?’”  However, when the show fell through, “Glee” claimed at least one person from the MySpace audition pool would be cast in at least one episode.  Since that time, Oxygen has bought the rights to the reality show.  The new reality show will be filmed and/or aired in the summer of 2011.
